Did you know that a functional holistic doctor comes to Roanoke once or twice a month. I knew Dan's psoriasis was food allergies but Dr Bouc convinced Dan they were. He listed the foods Dan can't eat, which is more than he can eat, and one was commercial grain fed beef with hormones. I said we are way ahead on that!

This is just like the fresh meat we had as a child. I'm 65 now. We always had a half a cow growing up. It's got such a better taste than grain fed. The deep red color is not dye!! I know most people don't like raw meat but I do. Since I was little I would steal a spoonful while it thawed out on the counter. My dad's favorite supper was two raw patties of hamburger with onions mixed in with salt and pepper on top. I wish Marty was here so I could make him some.
